Our Banana and Flaxseed loaf is so versatile - we are enjoying it for breakfast today with lots of different fruits on top.
We blend wholegrain teff flour with ground almonds and milled flaxseeds to create our wholesome moist banana bread which is sugar, dairy and gluten free. We sweeten it with whole fruits only.
Today we have topped it with coconut cream and then a selection of fruits on top. Strawberries and mint, Bananas and walnuts and Blueberries and pistachios. A little drizzle of date syrup is oozing over the top!
