Smoked Mackerel Pate

3 smoked mackerel filets
1 300g tub of Cottage cheese 
½ lemon, juice only
1 tbsp chopped dill
To serve
spring onions/dill

Remove the skin from the fish  Add the fish to the blender.
Add the cottage cheese, dill and lemon juice and blend to a paste

(Alternatively to add some 'zing' replace the dill with 1 tsp freshly grated horseradish and 2 tsp Dijon mustard)
